Mid Coast Stairs was founded to craft staircases that transform houses into homes. Built on a reputation for reliability, precision, and design excellence, we proudly serve the Mid Coast with timeless timber craftsmanship.
At Mid Coast Stairs, we believe a staircase should be more than a functional element — it should be a centrepiece that enhances the character of a home. Our philosophy blends the timeless principles of traditional joinery with the clean lines and innovation of modern design. Every project is guided by durability, safety, and visual harmony, ensuring that the end result is not only built to last but also elevates the overall atmosphere of your living space.
Matt, the founder and master craftsman behind Mid Coast Stairs, has dedicated his career to the art of timber joinery. With years of hands-on experience, he has developed a reputation for precision, reliability, and creative problem-solving. Matt’s approach is deeply personal — he works closely with every client to understand their vision, then applies his expertise to bring it to life. His passion for detail and commitment to quality ensure that no two projects are ever the same, but all share the same level of care and craftsmanship.
Mid Coast Stairs operates with full licensing and certification, providing complete peace of mind that your project is in trusted hands. Beyond compliance, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and finish. From the choice of timbers to the final installation, every stage is backed by expertise and accountability, guaranteeing results that stand the test of time.
